Sebastiaan, oprichter van HEY!USA, klopte vlak voor de corona-crisis bij ons aan. Hij droomde van een mobiele app als digitaal verlengstuk van zijn reisgidsen over, je raadt het al, Amerikaanse steden. Het doel? Fans van The States, of mensen die er op vakantie gaan, een plek geven waar ze de gids voor hun favoriete stad zonder wrijving kunnen openen.

Sebastiaan, Marjolein and Gunther share the same passion for the USA. They have made it their mission to create travel guides of different cities in America and all there is to experience. 

Sebastiaan, founder of HEY!USA, came knocking on our door just before the corona crisis. He dreamed of a mobile app as a digital extension of his guidebooks on, you guessed it, American cities. The goal? To give fans of The States, or people going there on holiday, a place where they can access the guide to their favourite city friction-free.

UX Research

Starting from a UX workshop we did together with all stakeholders in the project, we defined all the necessary info to move this project forward. We created personas, user journeys and technical requirements.

Design

In this phase, we created wireframes that we validated through user testing. Afterwards these wireframes were translated into a high-fidelity design.

Development

A back-end built in ASP.NET that stands as a house and a lightning-fast front-end in React. Future proof and very performant. We first deploy the application on a staging environment and then release it to production according to the CI/CD principle.
